I love Okami!Hanzo and his little pack so much! Does Genji still exist as he does in this universe? Did Hanzo ‘kill’ him and then run off to the mountains? I’m just wondering because can you imagine Hanzo’s kids seeing their robotic uncle, who would probably adore the little cuties, because I’m sure that no matter what Genji is always the Cool Uncle™

He could! Genji sure is the fun uncle, isn’t he? I think that’s a pretty good reason for Okami!Hanzo to have run off into the mountains and started trying to find his redemption through keeping people from dying in the surrounding forest and the mountain itself. One day Genji just shows up out of the blue. And finds Wifey!Reader and three kids. Hanzo’s gone, he’s out trying to farm and hunt for the village. Genji had no idea that his brother had found himself a wife or had had three little cuties. 

When Hanzo gets back from his farming. He finds Wifey!Reader and his little pack all playing and goofing around with Genji. Hanzo hasn’t seen Genji since the first time he showed up at his home, before Wifey!Reader was around. It’s a little jarring since the last time things didn’t go all that well. But seeing Genji with his family helps to soften the blow a lot. It’s hard to be overly upset when his brother and his family is having so much fun with eachother. Of course, Wifey!Reader is understanding when they need to have a conversation, she’s more than supportive of her husband. She knows all about his past. 

Okami!Hanzo & Wifey!Reader pre-children. Okami!Hanzo has to get his wife acquainted with the pack and he thought his biggest fear would be the wolves rejecting her and treating her with hostility. Never would he think he’d have to worry about the pack being spoiled by Wifey!Reader. Like the pack takes to her instantly. They love to jump around and play with her, the moment she gets near one they roll over for belly rubs. Okami!Hanzo is caught between finding it frustrating but also find it cute.

I was actually thinking about the morning after when he wakes up and all of the tea and food is just ready for him. When he looks out of his window he sees future Wifey!Reader feeding the wolves. Like the wolves can hunt and feed themselves, but he still has a fully stocked meat locker for them. Wifey!Reader just thought to feed the wolves for him. And for a moment his heart kinda races, cause that’s a full pack of wolves who don’t know her and she’s handing them all bloody slabs of meat. He’s afraid one of them’s gonna try and maul her. But as he watches her (he’s falling in love, btw) she’s calmy commanding them all, and they’re all heeding to her calm authority so well. 

Boy, Okami!Hanzo thought that was perplexing. When she sticks around he gets to see a whole new side of the pack that he’s never seen before. The whole entire pack of wolves just melt for her. They turn into a whole pack of puppies around her. All vying and whining for her attention. Often future Wifey!Reader finds herself sitting amongst the whole pack just giving them all the pets that they’re begging for. Sometimes Hanzo would catch her having just a big ‘ol cuddle nap amongst his pack of fierce, wild wolves. That’s when they’re the cutest.
